Venue finding - We source a suitable venue for your event, negotiate and book the venue.

Delegate accommodation – reservation of Hotels and management of delegate accommodation. Delegates will be able to book accommodation directly with us.

Programme Planning- we assist with the formation of a programme of the Conference/ Event.

Marketing your Event- we assist in the design of promotional literature and advise on PR and marketing of your event and research of targeted customer groups.
