Profile of the Managing Director

Abhijit Bhattacharjee is the Managing Director of the Company. He enjoys more than 20 years Experience in the field of Event Management & Marketing. He is a qualified MBA Post Graduate from the College of Business Management, Osmania University.

He is also a qualified Graduate in Bachelor of Communication and Journalism from Osmania University and a Qualified Post Graduate Diploma holder in Industrial Engineering and Management from National Productivity Council.

He also has a MA degree in Ancient Indian History and Archaeology and submitted his Thesis for Ph.D in Marketing of Tourism in AP –A Comparative case study of State of Tourism in AP and Kerala.

He has contributed Articles in Hindu, Business Line, Deccan Chronicle, ET etc on various Management and allied Subjects. Armed with his Management and Journalism Degree, he wanted to specialize in the area of “Marketing Communications”

He has worked for more than ten years in MNC's & semi government organizations. This valuable exposure to the Industry motivated him and provided him necessary impetus to start His company " GrandSlaam Network ”.

He made a Pioneering Effort in Starting the Concept of Event Management in Hyderabad in the Early 90's under the name and Style of Grandslam Group.

He is now heading the Company (GNPL) as its Managing Director since 2002.

The Company which was servicing the Industry by managing the Events of the Clients have graduated in Conceiving and Producing their Own Events both National & International.

Our Team

The Company is spearheaded by Abhijit Bhattacharjee ( Managing Director) who has got more than 20 years of experience in marketing , event design & management & project consultancy.

The team consists of hard core communication specialists with backgrounds ranging from Business Development to Marketing, Advertising and Event Management. They bring with them years of hands-on field experience.

They are specialists in their respective fields, with view points that bring about uncommon solutions to common problems and a team of young professionals supporting them - the most competitive in the Industry .
